Matthew's career has taken him around the world, working for celebrities, fashion photo shoots for publications and fashion shows, special high-profile award shows (Grammy Awards, Academy Awards and the like). He was recently cited as one of the top hair educators in the United States, and provides hair direction as the Artistic Director for ABBA Haircare.

However, the critical success factor for him personally is when he knows the person in his chair is wearing the hair that best suits their face, lifestyle and styling preferances (vs. the hair wearing them!).

Residing at Intelligent Hair, Matthew is available pending his travel schedule; advance booking is recommended.

Read's extensive, specialized training in Seattle and New York confirms Read's belief that cutting hair is truly an art form. Most important is her concept, "my art, your hair". Personalized attention has been essential to her success. Read is a national educator for ABBA, training other professionals on techniques and product mastery.
